inI don’t mind buying diapers until Abby is three-years old as long as she doesn’t mess in our bed.I don’t ever want to pressure her in giving up diapers. We bought this potty seat in March this year but never had enough patience to train her. Last Saturday, hubby felt motivated to train Abby in the toilet. He didn’t use any tricks. The little girl obliged and went to the toilet after every one hour. He told Abby’s yaya to follow the routine whether or not she can predict when the little girl will “wee-wee”. So far, the yaya didn’t engage in power struggle with Abby everytime there’s a need to go to the toilet. And we’re happy to notice that we need not buy diapers for this week. I just need to purchase more underwear for her.

Posted self massage, Shiatsu Massage
inWe are fond of getting a massage. Hubby and I used to go to Victoria Plaza mall to get a massage but now we transferred to NCCC mall since it is closer, at least, to home. We go there every couple of weeks to de-stress and just relax. Shiatsu is a finger pressure massage technique where the therapist applies pressure with his thumbs, finger, and palms to specific areas of the client’s body. The therapist use different massage techniques like tapping, squeezing, rubbing, and applied pressure are applied along the meridians to unblock energy blockages.
Benefits of Shiatsu Massage
If I’m unable to get a massage, I use a Shiatsu Self Massage guide that I found in the internet last year. You can do it even when you’re just sitting in front of the PC. It helps and it feels good.

inOur office is the sponsor for the First Friday Mass this month of August and I got assigned to read the First Reading. Of course, I can’t pretend that I didn’t know the dress code when going to mass. They made me attend the seminar for commentators a month ago and it was strictly enforced that if you’re the reader or commentator, you should wear the proper attire. And the proper attire should be blouse and skirt or dress for the females.
So I thought, nobody would comment on what I was wearing today because I remembered when I was also one of the readers before with that existing dress code, I was still able to read in front. But now, they’re strict. When I arrived at the room where the mass will be held someone called out the readers and then she told me that I’m not wearing the proper attire. Di ba nag-seminar ka?Maghanap ka ng skirt or manghiram ka ng skirt or find someone who will replace you!.. Ang iniisip ko naman, would Jesus care about what I wear? So, I dashed to the nearest office and asked a personnel if somebody has a skirt. Fortunately, they found one for me. Matangkad ang may-ari ‘nun so masyadong mahaba yung skirt. What I did was fold the skirt three times, luckily, garter siya at hindi mahirap suotin. Buti na lang, nagmatch yung blouse ko na green sa black na skirt. I was conscious the whole time kasi baka sa ka-uupo at tayo, di na pantay yung harap at likod ko. At makikita yung jeans na suot ko sa loob nyahahahaha! Nakakainis tuloy parang yung damit pa ang inisip ko kesa pag-simba. Nakaka-inis lang talaga, ang tao lang naman tumitingin sa external ‘e.
