You’d never guess, I now have an exercise program. For the past days, I wake up at 5am to sweat it out with Shaun T’s Hip-hop abs. I’m just so glad that I stuck with my new habit for four straight days and somehow I also started shifting my eating habits to fruits and vegetables.
I felt a quieting down and looking into ways to really changing my lifestyle. I’m kind of big in some places. Visibly big. I challenged myself that I can lose pounds without spending a lot. It is just so frustrating when my clothes no longer fit.
Hip-hop Abs isn’t new to me. I heard it from my sister last year but just ignored it and thought I couldn’t even walk on my treadmill which I bought in 2003 and jump on my trampoline. My treadmill has been collecting dust in the garage and when I checked last week, it was starting to rust. The trampoline is hidden somewhere in the bedroom.The last person I saw who used it was Abby – my little girl. She loves to bounce. She’s probably imitating Tigger in her book “Pooh and friends.”
I bought the Hip Hop Abs at a cheap price. It has 21 routines and my favorite so far is Secret to Flat Abs. The moves are really so easy to follow, less than 15 minutes. I love to do it even without music and I’m really sweating. I know it’s going to take a lot of time to achieve a healthy body
But…..
I’m filled with hope and energy.
